They made my order incorrectly. I had to go in after going through the drive thru. Making a correct cup of coffee shouldn't be that difficult.

Fast pased, long drive through line however. If it's out to the road, take another dunks. It will take 20 mins to get through 20 orders after all.

A good dunkins to visit. Fast & courteous employees.

You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not. Sometimes the coffee is good, other times not. Sometimes your order is right, sometimes not.

Well I thought the girl who waited on use was not very nice. She never smiled didnt say thank you. When my friend told her what she wanted she was very rude to her.

One of the employees tied his shoes and went back to work without washing his hands before. I saw it today and I was very disappointed.

Horrible experiences, rude staff

Poor communication between the drive thru and whoever pours the coffee resulted in NO SUGAR in our coffee. The gent at the speaker box repeated our order so i know i was understood at that junction. Too bad. Too bad my wife didn’t want Panera or Starbucks, they’re both closer to the highway.

Charged my card 36 times over the course of a week for one crappy egg sandwich. Will never buy from here again.

I drive 2 towns over to go to this Dunkins. The staff is GREAT especially the Manager who went above and beyond for me today to make my 2 year olds Halloween extra special. They also have special decorated donuts we love to come in and pick a new one every time. It's clean and so many nice regulars hang out there and I can see why.

Best kept secret. Medium coffees are only 99 cents after 12 noon

Here's the thing...this can go to 4 stars, but notice the donuts in the logo is gone..and it should be...Donuts have always been fair and cannot compare to premium donut shops..ex, Pour....also the Coffee is resting on it's laurel...as years ago it was great stuff..machines should be calibrated more often to produce a quality brew...tends fo be weak, more often than not...Sandwiches not bad for quick and on the go meal....Local law enforcement will always keep these places going!

Best dunks on south shore. Don’t get intimidated by the long drive thru.

They mess my coffee up all the time! I always tip and they never aknowledge it. They are rude and unfortunately even though this location is the most convenient, I won't be going back. I have mentioned this to a bunch of people and they have had the same experience!

Ordered 25 munchkins, got 16

The girl behind the counter had the the snobbiest tude I've ever seen. The donuts were ok but the stars are for the girl with the stank face. I like to see someone who gives less F's thsn me when in ordering donuts.

My sister ordered a hot black coffee, a medium iced tea with milk and a medium iced Smores coffee with cream. She got the hot black coffee, but her iced tea was made with cream and sugar and the iced coffee was marked for skim she didnt ask for, caramel flavor, and black.

After 3pm americanos, cappuccinos and lattes are only supposed to be $2 each for medium but they charge more than $2 for small. Not how I ordered it either and I got two of the same to try and make it easy on this woman. Nope. Asked for a reciept as well. Nope. Long line behind me forced me to park go inside and make my overpriced small coffee the right way. Better service in the a.m. I hear. I'd avoid the after work disappointment if I were you.

Best place to buy kcups. Service is always friendly and fast.

Went to grab a coffee, as you do at Dunks, and hit the drive through. Be careful of this locations drive through. I don't know if it was just a bad day or what but it took forever, to the point I wanted to just skip it, but you can't. This location once you are in line, you're stuck, it's only one line wide and it's a big U-shape up around the hill behind the store. Was not happy.

There are many Dunkin donuts, but this one usually has better deals on things like ground coffee. Staff are lovely to deal with at 6 am (pre caffeinated). Drive through is long enough that a customer in the drive through ordering a tricky order doesn't leave cars backed up on the busy road.

Better off going to Cumberland Farms!!!

Expensive

One of the employees was extremely rude, I parked my truck behind their store by the dumpster so I didn't block 4 parking spots. I apologized for any inconvenience while I got a coffee. I was met with multiple rude comments by a store employee on their way out to smoke a cigarette.(my truck blocked no operations in the 4 mins I was inside) I will be driving 5 mins further down the road for a coffee from now on.

As far as Dunkins' go, this one is great. Drive thru, 2 comfy chairs, several tables and chairs. Friendly staff and clean bathroom

There was a very Rude and ignorant you girl that gave me attitude while I was ordering

Cashier was great, but cooking staff completely forgot my order

Hit or miss with this one. Sometimes you get butter on your bagel, sometimes it's tossed haphazardly in the bag, which is an issue if you're in your car. Seems like you always get too much ice too. Once I was given an inedible bagel that was so stale I nearly chipped a tooth. 50% of the time, everything is fine, it's the rest of the time that's a problem. I keep going back due to its location, but if I convenient alternative came around, I'd go there.

A lot of rude workers and only 1 or 2 can make a good coffee. There are a few that are friendly and can make a coffee. But many that cant.
